Premiere Set For Sustainable Waterfronts’ Debut Film

Sustainable Waterfronts is pleased to announce the premier of its debut film, On the Waterfront With Arthur Cotton Moore, at the D.C. Environmental Film Festival on March 23 at noon at the Carnegie Institute in Washington as part of the Shorts Program: Local Waterways. Directed by veteran film maker Tim Persinko and produced and scripted by environmental writer Jack Wennersten, this 12-minute short highlights the work of nationally-acclaimed architect Arthur Cotton Moore in transforming the Georgetown waterfront in the 1980s from a toxic waste dump and depressed area into a highly acclaimed waterfront park and retail venue.
